Kara from my experience so far is great for introducing players with limited raid experience. It is much more forgiving and the difficulty ramps up steady.

I dunno, the difficulty really varies depending on which classes you have for the night.

Moroes without a single priest? I don't think this is remotely possible unless you're way overgeared.

Aran with 2 or less interrupts? Enjoy wipes.

Malchezzar with mostly melee dps? No thanks.

Etc, etc.
