Today i got *tons* of stress from people I wasn't able to bring to Karazhan; it was just really stressful, and I probably spread some of that onto the rest of the raid by yelling on vent/blaming people for not interrupting arcane missles/etc. Sorry for all that. It'd be nice to avoid some of this by deciding ahead of time who we're going to bring.
On a somewhat related side note, I feel I need a specific apology to Necrous, since we specifically asked him to come then he ended up sitting outside Karazhan for maybe an hour... apparently he left a CoT group too from what I could tell being in tanaris... yea REALLY sorry man =(. Anytime I can make it up for you helping somewhere lemee know. ANYWAYS...
For next week, we need to decide whether to run 2 raids or 1; as I see it, our tanks are:
Aesa
Ebrethil
Basoumi
Fiendenfurh
Dokasha
Our healers are:
Nachomama (Fusion)
Minimal (Angry Nagas)
Shadowy
Miris
Phew *** doesn't get off work until 8st everyday***
Rice (?)
Inspyr (?) *** quit for the most part***
DPS tends to be easier to fill, so I'm gonna leave that out of the question for now.
It *seems* as if we should have enough for two... just BARELY getting by on tanks/healers though.
If we run 1, a lot of people are gonna get left out.
Maybe try to recruit Kami/Lugz/whoever else is cool thats left in Foundation? I dunno.

off topic, but i thought i'd throw this in here. NETHERSPITE IS EXTREMELY SIMPLE AND EASY. we were making it too complicated. just keep this in mind next time we get to him and I'll explain the *simple* way to do it.

I agree that we should try to decide beforehand, but Foundation is the only guild that i DONT want to recruit out of.

yeah i can see how ppl being left out could be a problem. running two raids would be a possibility and was before, but we've lost some healers/tanks. Outa the tanks we have Aesa, Eb, and Fiend pretty much. Basoumi and dok can handle it its just that they don't play too much. if im not mistaken, we need three healers at least for most of the boss encounters, and 2locks for some.
anyways, wat im tryin to get at is: until we bring more competant members into the guild we might want to try a rotation? at least for the classes that we can rotate in. im not sure exactly how we'd work that out, maybe even rotate members throughout the raid because not all classes or members need all the bosses, besides experiencing the raid content that is. just some of my thoughts on it. not sure if this is a good or bad idea since i havn't really thought about it.

Solution: Everyone rolls a druid so that any role can be filled in at any time.

yea... that would solve the looting policy too since everyone will have their best items from quest rewards... /spit on blizzard
